We went rock climbing! This morning, after waking up and preparing for the day, I went to go see a movie with the mentoring program. We saw The Spy Next Door, with Jackie Chan. The movie was decent- not the best, but enjoyable to watch. Then it was off to a new rock climbing place! This one is much closer, in Albany, and I highly recommend it. Not only is there climbing, but also caving, which is climbing through these unbelievably dark tunnels that are unbelievably tight. You can't go in unless you fit through this little space, otherwise you will get stuck. I almost got stuck myself- some close calls. It was a very odd experience, much harder to do than you might think, and a lot of fun. I will definitely be returning, it is well worth the twelve dollars (if you have your own equipment) for a whole day of climbing. There are also tons of walls and lots of variety, this place is quite a find.
Also as a side note, the picture is of me. Clearly I look like that naked ;)
